RETURN POLICY

Effective as of December 19, 2020

We want you to love our products as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your products you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way with its original packaging.  

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, please note we cannot control the speed of money reaching your bank, please be patient.    If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact support@thescandibabyco.com for further details.  

Faults

In the rare event you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via support@thescandibabyco.com.

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if that replacement is available) or refund one we have received the returned item. We cannot process a return unless we can inspect and confirm the faulty item.

We will cover the cost of returning faulty items.  Please confirm prior to sending any items back to us.

Please inspect your goods upon arrival to ensure any faulty items are returned within the 30 day timeline advised above.

Refunds (if applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
